Tri County Capital provides financial services including loan application processing, account management, account notifications, customer support, and promotional marketing. Services may evolve over time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

By using our services, you agree to pay any applicable fees as outlined in your loan or account agreement. Payment terms and interest rates will be detailed within individual contracts or disclosure documents.

Late or missed payments may result in additional interest, penalties, or service suspension as permitted by law.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary, sensitive, or non-public information exchanged during the term of service.

This obligation remains in effect for five (5) years after the termination of the relationship.

By submitting your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Tri County Capital, including:

• Account-related alerts or service updates
• Responses to your inquiries
• Marketing offers and promotions

Message frequency may vary but will not exceed one (1) message per day. Standard message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or email hello@new-horizoncapital.com. Consent is not a condition of service.

After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless legally required.

We do not share SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes.

All proprietary tools, systems, messaging workflows, and related content developed by Tri County Capital remain our intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such content as necessary to engage with our services.

You may terminate services at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations and due amounts must be paid in full.

We reserve the right to terminate service for violations of these Terms or as required by law.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRI COUNTY CAPITAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM UNDELIVERED OR DELAYED SMS MESSAGES.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in the State of Delaware.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to those updates.
